Tapestry is the best soundtrack for ironing, with a slab of Matilda cake to keep you going! (I do a little, though it's a dying art)

Acutely observed. If only we didn’t need a bank loan to fly business class…

Urghh - so so good! I usually struggle with appreciating young sparklings...I need to remember to queue Jefferson Airplane next time I raise my eyebrows and brace myself as I'm handed a glass of fizz. Weirdly enough, I associate the energy of Beastie Boys with white wines...a little Chenin attitude is the first thing that comes to mind. I'll need to try them with a red one day! 'Music revamps the mundane' - amen to this!

Definitely give JA a whirl with the fizz then, enough energy there to match a young sparkling but also can help take the edge off it. Interesting, I can see them working with some Chenin (going to have to try that pairing) At the time it seemed to fit with the red I was having, that album is relentless!

Indeed, Tapestry is a classic laundry accompaniment. Matilda cake, banana chocolate chip cake...... Well done on your ironing- it is a dying art, indeed.

Nice. Now we just need the double-alumbs-only version of this, for the long flights!

Feel I've missed a trick there, that's a great idea!
